A creamy and delicious Alfredo Tortellini Bake that is perfect for a comforting meal.

- 8 ounces cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup spinach (fresh or frozen, thawed and drained)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Add the cooked tortellini and spinach to the skillet, stirring to coat them in the Alfredo sauce.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. If using, sprinkle the breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
- For added protein, mix in cooked chicken or sausage before baking.
- Substitute the spinach with broccoli or peas for a different flavor and texture.
