Baked Boursin Salmon is a creamy, flavorful dish that is perfectly baked to impress your guests.

- 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
- 8 ounces Boursin cheese (garlic & herb flavor)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh lemon wedges, for serving
- Fresh dill, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix the Boursin cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, dried dill, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spread the Boursin mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve with fresh lemon wedges and garnish with additional dill if desired.

- For a crispy topping, broil the salmon for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking time.
