A delicious and easy recipe for Baked Teriyaki Salmon, perfect for a healthy dinner.

- 2 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
- Cooked rice or quinoa (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, honey, minced garlic, minced ginger, and sesame oil until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the teriyaki mixture generously over the top of each fillet.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
- Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving. Serve with cooked rice or quinoa.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add a teaspoon of sriracha to the teriyaki sauce mixture.
- You can substitute the salmon with other fish like trout or tilapia for a different flavor.
