Description

A refreshing summer salad combining strawberries, mozzarella, and basil, drizzled with balsamic glaze.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. In a large serving platter, alternate layers of sliced strawberries and mozzarella cheese.
  2. Tuck fresh basil leaves in between the layers.
  3. Drizzle the balsamic glaze and olive oil evenly over the strawberries and mozzarella.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
