- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and soy sauce to create the Bang Bang sauce.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add diced chicken. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
- In a separate pot, steam the broccoli and carrots until tender.
- Assemble the bowl by placing cooked rice at the bottom, followed by the chicken, steamed vegetables, and drizzle with Bang Bang sauce.
- Top with sliced red bell pepper for garnish and serve immediately.
Notes
