Description
Bang Bang Salmon is a delicious and easy-to-make dish featuring salmon fillets coated in a flavorful bang bang sauce.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
- Place the seasoned salmon fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- While the salmon is cooking, prepare the bang bang sauce by whisking together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice in a separate bowl until smooth.
- Once the salmon is done, remove it from the air fryer and drizzle the bang bang sauce over the top.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, increase the amount of sriracha in the sauce or add chopped jalapeños.
- Serve the salmon over a bed of rice or quinoa for a complete meal, or pair it with steamed vegetables for a lighter option.
