Description

Bang Bang Salmon is a delicious and easy-to-make dish featuring salmon fillets coated in a flavorful bang bang sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
  3. Place the seasoned salmon fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  4. While the salmon is cooking, prepare the bang bang sauce by whisking together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice in a separate bowl until smooth.
  5. Once the salmon is done, remove it from the air fryer and drizzle the bang bang sauce over the top.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, increase the amount of sriracha in the sauce or add chopped jalapeños.
  • Serve the salmon over a bed of rice or quinoa for a complete meal, or pair it with steamed vegetables for a lighter option.
