A delicious and simple Beef Udon Stir-Fry recipe that combines tender beef, fresh vegetables, and chewy udon noodles for a flavorful meal.

- 8 ounces udon noodles
- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef to the skillet and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the onion, garlic, bell pepper, and broccoli. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the skillet and add the cooked udon noodles.
- Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a teaspoon of red pepper flakes or a splash of sriracha sauce.
- Substitute the beef with chicken, shrimp, or tofu for a different protein option.
