Description

Better Than Anything Bars are a decadent dessert made with layers of graham cracker crust, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, toffee bits, and whipped topping, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup toffee bits
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • Chocolate syrup for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form a crust.
  3. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then remove it and let it cool slightly.
  4. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
  5. Sprinkle the chocolate chips and toffee bits over the condensed milk layer.
  6. Bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the chocolate chips are melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely. Once cooled, spread the whipped topping over the top.
  8. If desired, sprinkle chopped pecans on top and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars for easier serving.

Notes

  • For a different flavor, substitute butterscotch chips for the chocolate chips.
  • Add a layer of sliced bananas or strawberries on top of the whipped topping for a fruity twist.
