Description

A delicious and comforting Big Mac Casserole that combines all the flavors of a classic Big Mac in a hearty dish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Remove from heat and mix in the chopped pickles.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard. Stir until well blended.
  5. Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, sealing any seams.
  6. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the dough, then layer the cheese mixture on top. If desired, sprinkle sesame seeds over the cheese layer.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a healthier version, substitute ground turkey for the beef.
  • Add chopped lettuce and tomatoes on top after baking for a fresh crunch.
  • For a spicier kick, mix in some diced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce into the beef mixture.
