- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, toss steak cubes with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Add the seasoned steak to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes without stirring to get a good sear.
- Flip the steak bites and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until desired doneness is reached.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and add butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir until the butter is melted and the garlic is fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and toss the steak bites in the garlic butter sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of Worcestershire sauce to the garlic butter.
- Serve with a side of sautéed vegetables or over a bed of rice for a complete meal.
