- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 ounces chipped beef, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (for coating)
- Crackers or vegetable sticks (for serving)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped chipped beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Shape the mixture into a ball or log shape using your hands.
- Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Once chilled, remove the cheese ball from the wrap and roll it in the chopped nuts until fully coated.
- Place the cheese ball on a serving platter and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper or a few dashes of hot sauce to the cheese mixture.
