A delicious and easy Crack Chicken recipe made in a crockpot, featuring tender chicken breasts, creamy cheese, and flavorful ranch seasoning.

- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot. Season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken.
- Add the softened cream cheese on top of the chicken.
- Pour the chicken broth around the edges of the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and stir to combine with the cream cheese and ranch seasoning.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon, mixing until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
- Serve warm, garnished with sliced green onions.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños or a splash of hot sauce to the crockpot.
- Serve the ranch chicken over rice, in a tortilla, or on a bed of lettuce for a low-carb option.
