Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 ounce)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

- Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, add an additional 4 ounces of cream cheese.
- For a spicier kick, consider adding diced jalapeños or a splash of hot sauce to the mixture before cooking.
