Description

Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Rollups are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or main dish that combines the flavors of a cheeseburger with the convenience of crescent roll dough.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. On a clean surface, unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef and bacon mixture at the wide end of each triangle. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end, tucking in the sides as you go to seal the filling inside.
  7. Place the rollups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. If desired, sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider mixing in some diced jalapeños or diced pickles into the beef mixture.
  • You can also substitute the cheddar cheese with pepper jack for a spicy kick.
