- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the garlic butter mixture.
- Transfer the shrimp to a baking dish, spreading them out in a single layer.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the shrimp.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.

- For a spicy kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter mixture.
