Description
Delicious Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs filled with cheesy beef and wrapped in biscuit dough.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 can (16 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the beef mixture into 8 equal portions and flatten each portion into a patty. Place about 2 tablespoons of cheddar cheese in the center of each patty, then fold the edges over to seal the cheese inside.
- Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle about 4 inches in diameter. Place a beef patty in the center of each biscuit and fold the dough over the patty, pinching to seal completely.
- Place the filled biscuit bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic salt. Brush the tops of the biscuit bombs with the garlic butter mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the meat is cooked through.
- If desired, sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños to the beef mixture.
- You can substitute the cheddar cheese with your favorite cheese, such as pepper jack or mozzarella, for a different flavor profile.
