Description

Delicious Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs filled with cheesy beef and wrapped in biscuit dough.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can (16 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Divide the beef mixture into 8 equal portions and flatten each portion into a patty. Place about 2 tablespoons of cheddar cheese in the center of each patty, then fold the edges over to seal the cheese inside.
  4. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle about 4 inches in diameter. Place a beef patty in the center of each biscuit and fold the dough over the patty, pinching to seal completely.
  5. Place the filled biscuit bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic salt. Brush the tops of the biscuit bombs with the garlic butter mixture.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the meat is cooked through.
  8. If desired, sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños to the beef mixture.
  • You can substitute the cheddar cheese with your favorite cheese, such as pepper jack or mozzarella, for a different flavor profile.
