Description

Deliciously gooey Snickerdoodle S’mores Cookies that combine the classic flavors of snickerdoodles with the delightful elements of s’mores.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the ground cinnamon, mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and graham cracker crumbs until evenly distributed.
  7. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden but the centers are still soft.
  9. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • For a chewier cookie, chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking.
  • You can substitute white chocolate chips for a different flavor or add crushed nuts for extra crunch.
