- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk together until well mixed.
- Add the Greek yogurt and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Stir with a spoon or spatula until a dough begins to form.
- Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead gently for about 1-2 minutes until smooth.
- Roll out the dough into your desired pizza shape and thickness, about 1/4 inch thick. Place it on the prepared baking sheet.
- Add your favorite pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, slice, and serve.
Notes
- For a gluten-free option, substitute the all-purpose flour with a 1:1 gluten-free flour blend.
