Scale
- 2 pounds lamb chops (about 8 chops, 1-inch thick)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped (or 2 teaspoons dried)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the lamb chops from the marinade and let them sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes before grilling.
- Place the lamb chops on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer if you prefer them more well done.
- Remove the lamb chops from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes to the marinade.
- Serve with a side of grilled vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
