A delicious and easy recipe for Grilled Shrimp Tostadas topped with creamy guacamole and fresh pico de gallo.

- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 tostada shells
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 cup pico de gallo
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Toss until the shrimp are well coated.
- Thread the shrimp onto skewers for easier grilling, if desired. Grill the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are pink and opaque. Remove from heat.
- To assemble the tostadas, place a tostada shell on a plate. Layer with shredded lettuce, grilled shrimp, a generous scoop of guacamole, and a spoonful of pico de gallo.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice over the top and garnish with cilantro. Repeat with remaining tostada shells.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños to the pico de gallo.
- Substitute grilled chicken or fish for the shrimp for a different flavor profile.
