Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 bell pepper (any color), diced

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled (optional)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
