- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1 cup steamed broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, olive oil, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet and brush the honey Sriracha mixture generously over each fillet.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- While the salmon is baking, prepare the brown rice according to package instructions if not already cooked.
- Divide the cooked brown rice among four bowls. Top each bowl with steamed broccoli, shredded carrots, and sliced avocado.
- Once the salmon is done, remove it from the oven and place a fillet on top of each bowl.

Notes
- For a lower-carb option, substitute cauliflower rice for brown rice.
- Add sliced cucumbers or radishes for extra crunch and freshness.
