A delicious and easy Mediterranean Naan Bread Pizza topped with fresh vegetables, hummus, and feta cheese.

- 2 large naan breads
- 1 cup hummus
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 cup bell pepper, diced (red or yellow)
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Place the naan breads on a baking sheet.
- Spread 1/2 cup of hummus evenly over each naan bread.
- Top the hummus with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, feta cheese, and Kalamata olives.
- Drizzle olive oil over the toppings and sprinkle with dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges of the naan are crispy and the toppings are heated through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute. Garnish with fresh parsley before slicing.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add sliced jalapeños or crushed red pepper flakes on top before baking.
- For a vegetarian protein boost, add cooked chickpeas or grilled chicken on top of the hummus.
