- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower mixture in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the top of the cauliflower.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper to the seasoning mix.
