  • 36 chocolate kisses (unwrapped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the baking soda, salt, and flour.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the peanut butter mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls.
  6. Roll each ball in granulated sugar until fully coated.
  7. Place the sugar-coated balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Remove the cookies from the oven and immediately press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie.
  10. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
