- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Press each triangle into the bottom and up the sides of the muffin cups to form a crust.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce into each dough-lined cup.
- Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce in each cup.
- Add a few mini pepperoni slices on top of the cheese in each cup.
- Sprinkle a little more mozzarella cheese on top, followed by a pinch of grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Allow the pizza cupcakes to cool for a few minutes before carefully removing them from the muffin tin.
