- 2 pounds bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch dressing mix
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ranch dressing mix, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss them in the ranch mixture until they are fully coated.
- Place the coated chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.

- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the ranch mixture for 1-2 hours before baking.
