A delicious and easy recipe for Slow Cooker Beef Ramen Noodles, perfect for a comforting dinner.

- 1 pound beef chuck roast, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 2 packages of ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the beef chuck roast, beef broth, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Stir well to combine.
- Add the sliced mushrooms to the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the beef is tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, add the baby spinach and green onions to the slow cooker.
- In the last 10 minutes of cooking, add the ramen noodles to the slow cooker. Stir to combine and let them cook until tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a teaspoon of red pepper flakes or a splash of sriracha to the broth.
- You can also customize the vegetables by adding carrots or bell peppers for extra flavor and nutrition.
