Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 sandwich rolls or hoagie buns
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
  • Optional: hot sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken or turkey, breadcrumbs, green onions, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
