A refreshing virgin strawberry pina colada that combines the sweetness of strawberries with the tropical flavors of coconut and pineapple.

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
- Fresh strawberries and pineapple wedges for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, coconut milk, pineapple juice, and honey or agave syrup if using.
- Add the ice cubes to the blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if desired by adding more honey or agave syrup.
- Pour the mixture into chilled glasses.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries and pineapple wedges on the rim of each glass.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing drink!
Notes
- For a tropical twist, add a banana to the blender for extra creaminess and flavor.
