- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup diced bell peppers (mixed colors)
- 1 cup diced cucumbers
- 1 cup diced cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup sliced black olives
- 1 cup baby carrots, cut into sticks
- 1 package (1 lb) refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to fit a baking sheet.
- Transfer the dough to the baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried Italian herbs. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled pizza crust.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, diced bell peppers, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, black olives, and baby carrots.
- Cut the pizza into squares or triangles and serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving for a refreshing appetizer.
