- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub the spice mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken, ensuring it’s well coated.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and spray lightly with cooking spray. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into strips.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese. Toss until the lettuce is well coated.
- Lay a tortilla flat and place a portion of the lettuce mixture in the center, followed by sliced chicken and cherry tomatoes if using.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Place the wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for an additional 3-5 minutes until the wraps are crispy and golden.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
