Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets 6 ounces each
  • 8 ounces Boursin cheese garlic & herb flavor
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh lemon wedges for serving
  • Fresh dill for garnish (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the Boursin cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, dried dill, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  5. Spread the Boursin mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
  8. Serve with fresh lemon wedges and garnish with additional dill if desired.
