  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or melted butter, for drizzling

  • 200 grams Boursin Cheese or cream cheese if unavailable
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic fresh preferred
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest from fresh lemons
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed

Method
 

Baked Boursin Salmon Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly grease your baking dish with olive oil or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine Boursin cheese, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and half of the olive oil. Stir until smooth.
  4. Pat salmon fillets dry, drizzle with remaining olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place salmon fillets skin side down in the baking dish. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over each fillet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and has an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  7. Allow the salmon to rest for about 2 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
