Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme until well combined.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in a large baking dish and pour the honey Dijon mixture over the chicken, making sure each piece is well coated.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Baste the chicken with the sauce halfway through cooking for extra flavor.
  5. Once done, remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
