Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Peel the shrimp, leaving the tails intact. Devein and butterfly each shrimp.
  3. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and sauté shallots and garlic for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Mix breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper into the sautéed mixture.
  5. Grease the baking dish and layer stuffing on the bottom. Arrange shrimp cut-side down on top.
  6. Spoon remaining stuffing over shrimp and drizzle with melted butter. Sprinkle with paprika.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes until shrimp are opaque and topping is golden.
