Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
In a small bowl, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, honey, minced garlic, minced ginger, olive oil, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down. Brush the teriyaki mixture generously over the salmon, reserving a small amount for later.
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. If desired, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for a caramelized finish.
Remove the salmon from the oven and drizzle the reserved teriyaki sauce over the top. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
