Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
In a small bowl, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, honey, minced garlic, minced ginger, and sesame oil until well combined.
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the teriyaki mixture generously over the top of each fillet.
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving. Serve with cooked rice or quinoa.
