  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper sliced

  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and soy sauce to create the Bang Bang sauce.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add diced chicken. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
  4. In a separate pot, steam the broccoli and carrots until tender.
  5. Assemble the bowl by placing cooked rice at the bottom, followed by the chicken, steamed vegetables, and drizzle with Bang Bang sauce.
  6. Top with sliced red bell pepper for garnish and serve immediately.
