Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
Place the seasoned salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
While the salmon is cooking, prepare the bang bang sauce by combining mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice in a bowl. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Once the salmon is done, remove it from the air fryer and drizzle the bang bang sauce over the top.
Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
