Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, chopped onion, and minced garlic over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Stir in the crushed tomatoes and beef broth, along with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; let simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the cheese tortellini into the sauce, mixing in half of the shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, ensuring it's evenly spread.
  6. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
