Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 8-ounce container whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese, and mix until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  4. Add the mixed berries, mini marshmallows, and half of the crushed graham crackers to the bowl. Carefully fold everything together until evenly mixed.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and sprinkle the remaining crushed graham crackers on top for garnish.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
