- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. 
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. 
- In a large bowl, using a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy and well combined. 
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. 
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. 
- Fold in the chocolate chips and sprinkles, being careful not to overmix. 
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart. 
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden but the centers are still soft. 
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.
