Ingredients
  

  • 4 6-ounce salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, shredded cheddar cheese, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth.
  4. Place the salmon fillets in the prepared baking dish, skin-side down.
  5. Spread an even layer of the mayo and cheese mixture over the top of each salmon fillet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the topping is golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
