  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, honey, fresh thyme leaves, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or bowl and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
