Method
- In a blender, combine the blueberries, banana, spinach (if using), almond milk, honey or maple syrup, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
- If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
