Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine diced chicken breast with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Once hot, add seasoned chicken and sauté for 6-9 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, chicken broth, brown sugar, ketchup, bourbon, apple cider vinegar, garlic paste, and ginger. Pour into the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Mix water and cornstarch in a small bowl until smooth, then add to the sauce while whisking. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet, stir to coat in sauce, and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve over rice.
