  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/4 cup bourbon

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, lemon juice, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Toss until the peaches are well coated.
  3. Transfer the peach mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, mix the oats, flour, brown sugar, and salt.
  5. Pour in the melted butter and bourbon, stirring until the mixture is crumbly.
  6. Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the peaches.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
  8. Let it cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
