Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish to prevent sticking.
  3. In a large bowl, mix chopped broccoli, cauliflower, cottage cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until uniformly mixed.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then fold them into the vegetable and cheese mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for about 35 minutes until golden-brown and edges pull away.
