Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
In a bowl, toss steak cubes with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Add the seasoned steak to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes without stirring to get a good sear.
Flip the steak bites and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until desired doneness is reached.
Reduce heat to medium-low and add butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir until the butter is melted and the garlic is fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
Remove from heat and toss the steak bites in the garlic butter sauce.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
